1. What these terms cover
These Terms of Service set the rules for using AutoSide’s website and participating in AutoSide SMS Notifications. “AutoSide,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the provider operating under that name.
By expressly accepting these terms, you agree to the rules relevant to your use. SMS enrollment requires its own consent. A website visit or free consultation does not require a purchase.
Data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. The Service Agreement governs paid assistance and identifies the legal provider in your Service Confirmation.
2. Permitted website use
You may use the website to learn about AutoSide, submit a genuine inquiry, book an appointment, and access materials for your own vehicle purchase.
Do not submit intentionally false information, impersonate another person, send spam, upload harmful code, bypass access controls, disrupt the site, or collect personal information through unauthorized access.
We may restrict access associated with misuse, suspected fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity. Restricting website access does not determine a paid-service refund or erase an existing contractual right.
3. Content and branding
AutoSide’s original text, designs, logos, and other materials are owned by AutoSide or their respective owners. Viewing the site does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy the branding or claim an affiliation.
You may save or print materials for personal use and share a link to a public page. Other uses require the rights holder’s permission unless allowed by law.
You must have permission to submit material belonging to someone else. Submission allows us to use it to address your request; it does not automatically give us permission to publish your private documents or identity.
Nothing here restricts an honest review or makes a refund conditional on changing or removing one.
4. Website information and links
Website articles, examples, advertised vehicle figures, and past results provide general information. A past deal does not promise the same price, discount, availability, or timing for another buyer.
We may correct website errors and update content. A website example is not a confirmed dealership offer or an authorization to make a purchase.
Links and embedded tools may lead to independent dealerships, booking services, payment platforms, or other providers. Those providers control their own services and agreements.
5. Paid assistance has a separate agreement
The AutoSide Service Agreement and your written Service Confirmation establish the work, price, payment obligations, savings comparison, completion, changes, cancellation, refunds, and paid-service liability limits.
Review and accept those documents before hiring AutoSide. This page does not create an additional fee or change a paid engagement you already accepted.
6. AutoSide SMS Notifications
Program: AutoSide SMS Notifications. With informational-message consent, texts may include appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to inquiries, vehicle-search updates, and service updates. Separate marketing consent covers AutoSide offers and promotions. Marketing texts may use automated technology.
Enrollment: Choose informational messages, marketing messages, both, or neither through the applicable opt-in process. Both choices are optional. Consent is not required to submit a form or buy a service. Supplying a phone number, accepting website terms, or paying a fee does not itself enroll you. Promotional texts require express written consent.
Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies with your appointments, service activity, and selected program. Message and data rates may apply to incoming and outgoing texts. Your wireless provider can explain your plan.
Opt out: Reply STOP to an AutoSide text, use another supported standard opt-out keyword, or contact us to withdraw consent. We may send one final confirmation, then stop texts unless you provide fresh consent. To rejoin, complete the applicable opt-in process again.
Help: Reply HELP or email [email protected]. Leaving the SMS program does not cancel paid work or remove a refund right; another permitted contact method can be arranged.
Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. Supply a number you own or are authorized to use and tell us if it changes.

7. Website availability and limits
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website access. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, and circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect availability.
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational content are provided as available, without an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This website provision does not override an express promise about paid services.
These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or waive mandatory consumer, privacy, or messaging protections.
8. Website or messaging concerns
Contact [email protected] about a website or messaging concern. Seeking support does not waive an available legal remedy.
Florida law applies to these terms, subject to applicable federal law and mandatory protections in your jurisdiction. These terms do not impose arbitration or a waiver of small-claims access.
9. Updates to these terms
We may update the website rules or messaging terms and revise the date above. We provide additional notice or seek renewed acceptance where required. An update does not create SMS consent or retroactively alter an accepted paid-service agreement.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent allowed by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not itself waive it.
